xx space travel

even NASA knows space travel is going to be a tough one because when the asternauts go up into space thier only there a short period of time, when they come back they feel weak, this is because they dont use any muscles and can you imagine a 6 month flight to mars they wouldnt be able to stand up and walk they need to find a way to put gravity inside the ship thier on.exercising in weightless space is kind of hard to keep muscles strong when there is no force.if they dont figure it out we may not be doing human space flights period...
